Yesterday the world marked International Women’s Day, and the celebration of Women’s History Month will continue throughout the month of March.

Against that backdrop, we could not be prouder to support Clementine in their ambition to make a difference to the lives of women around the world.

Previously described by the Guardian as “one of the seven apps every woman should own”, Clementine was co-founded by the inspirational Kim Palmer. Drawing on her own lived experience of suffering a series of panic attacks while juggling a high-profile job, pregnancy and social pressures, Kim created Clementine to enable women everywhere to experience the benefits of hypnotherapy. Today, over 75,000 women use Clementine – 90% of them women.

Welcoming the news, Emma, the Fortunis Investment Director for Clementine, said:

“It’s fantastic to see Clementine and the team receive the recognition they deserve with this feature. By drawing on her experience of the challenges associated with being a working mum juggling her home life and her career, Kim was able to create this amazing product and discover a solution to problems faced by women everywhere.

“As an impact investor, the idea that innovative solutions can solve complex problems is what drives us, and in Clementine we found just that.”
