Case Study 4
A Greentech
The Problem
The global issue of obsolete tyres and the consequent environmental damage through the pyrolysis process resulting in an adverse contribution to climate change by releasing carbon products to the atmosphere. It is a problem that was unsolvable until now.
The Solution
Our team of highly innovative engineers have now completed the test phase of a new system that recycles tyres with zero emission and extracts the most pure ‘Carbon Black’, which we are using to create a new tyre that lasts a life time. This factory is being built in Scotland and will itself employ hundreds of staff; at the same time, this technology will be exported across the globe, thereby solving this environmental problem world-wide.
Delivering real positive change
The Investee is paid to remove used tyres.
The energy-efficient processing delivers the constituent tyre parts for re-use: there is commercial value in the sale of Carbon Black; Oil and Gas; and High Tensile Steel.
High carbon content waste no longer needs to be exported to other nations for unethical disposal. The environment is the biggest winner here.
We supply the raw materials to create the world’s first life-time tyre.
Further applications over a range of industries, including Aviation.
